If a plant or product is damaged during shipment, please call our office at (717)354-9851 and we will send you a new one with no cost to you. You have 30 days from when your order was placed to let us know that an item was damaged during shipment. After 30 days from purchase we will not replace or refund any item for any reason. We do not offer any returns for non-defective or non-damaged plants or products. We do not warranty any of the plants or products that are sold online. You will receive a care instruction sheet with any plants that you purchase. Please follow the care instructions for best results. You are welcome to call us if you have any plant care questions.
